What you will do

tesa's IT Governance team sets the standards and guidelines for the IT department, facilitating a strong partnership between business and IT.
Join us in this crucial role to contribute to a successful and mature IT department. As a Working Student in IT Governance, you will take on regular administrative tasks and support special projects as they arise. Your responsibilities will include:

Demand and Project Portfolio Management: Ensure data is current and remind stakeholders of their duties.
Architectural Landscape Information Collection: Gather and maintain relevant information.
Governance Process Documentation: Create, update, and delete necessary documentation.
Toolset Optimization: Enhance tools like Lean IX, Projektron BCS, Share Point, and Power Automate.
Bridge Between Business and IT: Facilitate communication and help both sides meet their requirements.
This role is ideal for those who understand the importance of administrative tasks and are constantly seeking optimizations and automations. We value results-oriented, proactive individuals who can handle tasks under moderate pressure.
