What you will do
  • Development of belt prototypes and new products for the dynamic (e-)mobility market in close collaboration with customers and colleagues worldwide
  • Close collaboration with colleagues from production, marketing and technology development as well as application and process engineering
  • Planning, testing and evaluation of test programmes from laboratory to production scale
  • Coordinating and training interns, students and trainees
  • Continuously analysing and improving existing products and processes to increase quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage new product development initiatives from concept to launch, including developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and ensuring successful commercialisation of products
What you will need
  • Completed university degree in chemistry, physics, process engineering or a related discipline or
  • Successfully completed training as a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d) and many years of professional experience in the industry
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Experience in the field of structural adhesives and in the automotive industry is an advantage
  • Ideally initial project management experience and experience in data analysis (e.g. with Python)
  • Strong interest in sustainability topics
  • Solution-orientated, independent and structured way of working
  • Quick comprehension, assertiveness and creativity
  • High level of communication skills and enjoy working in an international and interdisciplinary team
  • Fluency in English and German
