Key Responsibilities

• Service Management Support: Assist in overseeing and coordinating IT service processes to ensure seamless operations and efficient incident resolution.
• Incident and Requirement Management Support: Provide support in decision-making and issue resolution by tracking the progress of incident resolutions and assisting in requirements analysis.
• Bug Fix Management: Monitor and track the status of Bug Fix RFCs (Requests for Changes) to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Focus Incident Coordination: Assist in coordinating and communicating focus incidents, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are kept informed and engaged.
• Conducting Status Meetings: Lead discussions on the status of ongoing issues, documenting key points and outcomes. You will be responsible for owning and managing certain meetings.

Qualifications

• Field of Study: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree with an interest in the IT service management field.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English and in German. Good knowledge of additional European languages (e.g., French and/or Spanish) is a plus.
• Skills: strong communication and analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

Who You Will Work With

• Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate with Customer Service departments in Europe, European Distribution/Manufacturing centers, and internal IT, IT quality and project management teams.
• External Stakeholders: Engage with external partners, including Infor Offshore Support Team, and coordinate with IT colleagues globally and across the EMEA region.
