We are looking for a Software Engineer - Application (m/f/d) to join our Technology, Design Support department as soon as possible.
Your function:
Conception and implementation of automated Rn D procedures

The design of microelectronic circuits is carried out using modern design software (EDA) from various suppliers such as Cadence, Siemens or Synopsys, which complies with current industry standards. The design process can generally be divided into circuit design and simulation as well as physical implementation (layout). To realise the various design steps, Design Support provides a design environment, the so-called PDK (Process Design Kit), which contains libraries with technology-dependent components. These serve as the basis for the circuit to be designed.
You will support the automation and standardisation of these internal development and release procedures using your own Windows and/or Linux software tools, as well as supporting the IT infrastructure used in the department.

Your role:

• Development and support of internal and external Windows/Linux services and web applications
• Supporting the development teams in the area of Dev Ops
• Interdisciplinary collaboration on automation and standardisation topics
• Development of data mining and analytics solutions and enabling visualisations

Your profile:

• University degree (Uni/FH/HS) in the field of computer science or related fields
• Know-how in the operating systems Microsoft Windows and Linux
• Knowledge of a scripting language e.g. Python
• Innovativeness, analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Teamwork and intercultural competencies
• German and English communication skills in an interdisciplinary Environment
