Your tasks:
- Leading our Power Ga N (local) Process Development team
- Strategic, personnel and performance management of the team
- Responsibility for management and control of projects and related tasks
- Ensuring the necessary qualifications of the employees, organizing and controlling further training measures
- Coordinating/organizing tasks within the team
- Setting priorities for task completion in the team and evaluating the results
- Ensuring standards in the team and participating in the definition and development of methods in the department
- Responsible for organizing, planning, and controlling team specific budgets (personnel, material consumption, invest)
- Responsibility for the achievement and presentation of team results
- Close collaboration with Dresden Site Management, Process & Equipment Engineering, YE, Quality
- Close collaboration with Product Marketing (customer demands and application support)
- Carrying out technical coordination with all necessary partners
- You lead the way, take responsibility to make a goal, but also play off to your team members at the right moment
- You have completed a degree in a related field of study with at least 3 years of specific experience in Ga N device & process development
- You have profound experience in the processing of Ga N wafers & in dealing with customer requirements
- You have a customer-oriented mindset and are experienced in customer communication
- You have an overview of complex contexts and are able to familiarize yourself with new topics quickly
- You are able to communicate your concerns clearly and comprehensibly in German and English in an interdisciplinary environment
- You understand that multicultural teamwork is not a buzzword, but the key to mutual success for your team
