Your role:

In this responsible position, you will act proactively and skilfully and support our internationally positioned Technology department as a communicative linchpin in all areas.

• General assistance and organisation of the department
• Internal and external scheduling of the CTO
• Preparation of English presentation materials, monthly reports and professional analyses
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings, telephone and online meetings and video conferences
• Organising and booking business trips and international workshops
• Carrying out follow-up activities as specified by the CTO
• Maintenance of our intranet

Your profile:

• Completed studies or adequate commercial training
• Ideally professional experience as an assistant in an internationally operating industrial company
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
• Independent and absolutely reliable way of working
• Communicative and strong in organisation and implementation
• Willingness to work in a team in a multicultural working environment
