TASKS WITH IMPACT
As a Junior Manager Sales Activation (f/m/d), you will support our sales activation efforts, collaborating with partners and internal teams to drive impactful campaigns that enhance our market presence.

• Campaign Planning and Ideation: Assist in brainstorming and planning for all omnichannel sales activation campaigns in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Partner Outreach: Research and establish contact with potential cooperation partners.
• Negotiation Support: Contribute to negotiations for sales activation initiatives.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure campaign alignment.
• Reporting & Analysis: Support in campaign reporting and customer surveys to generate insights.

• Marketing Material Creation: Coordinate the design and production of advertising content.

YOUR SKILLS

• Creative Thinking and strong organizational abilities
• Knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
• Foundational understanding of project and business management
• First experience in managing (large-scale) campaigns and marketing activities or in project management is desirable."
• Innovative, with flexibility and agility in dynamic environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field
• Fluent English and German skills are required
