German-speaking Country Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead Deblock's market entry and growth in Germany and Austria . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and/or marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in public relations, influencer partnerships, and localization.

What we are looking for

Fluent in German and English
2-5 years experience in ops or marketing roles, preferably within fintech or technology sectors
In-depth understanding of the German and Austrian markets
Ability to interpret market data and analytics
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and flexible approach

What will make you stand out

Proven record of launching and scaling products in new markets
Background in Management consulting or B2C growth
Passionate for Web3, NFTs or/and De Fi.
Knowledge of current social media trends

What you’ll be working on

Develop and execute strategies to successfully launch Deblock in Germany and Austria
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with PR agencies
Source and negotiate partnerships with local influencers
Adapt and contextualize our marketing materials to resonate with the local cultures and regulatory environments
