About Us:
Berger, Germany's top camping and outdoor outfitter, is expanding its European operations with an international office in Cologne. The International Sales Team supports five international webshops (FR, NL, IT, ES, UK) and leverages Berger's leading position as a multichannel retailer with over 80 stores across Germany, Austria, France, and the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries (mainly via email)
- Respond to customer reviews on reputation management platforms
- Resolve order issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in developing customer service processes
- Collaborate with international country teams
- Act as a liaison between headquarters and customers
Candidate Profile:
- Strong customer focus; prior customer service experience preferred
- Fluency in Dutch, French, or Spanish (essential)
- Proficiency in English or German for team communication
- Independent, well-organized, and capable of multitasking
- Pragmatic, hands-on, and problem-solving mindset
- Interest in the camping and outdoor industry (a plus)
