Your tasks
- You are the first person our new and existing clients will call if they face legal challenges.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings with clients to sign-up with the firm
- You assist customers in English.
- Keep track of potential cases and schedule follow up calls
- Working on diverse client inquiries ranging from criminal law to corporate and other subjects via multiple routes of contact (email, telephone, etc.)
- Documenting the diverse service offerings, we provide to our clients in our system (Salesforce) so that the clients and our team are always up to date
- Fluent English spoken and written.
- High degree of care, reliability and a strong service mentality
- You are a reliable contact person with a high degree of care and reliability
- Ideally, you have initial professional experience as a telephone customer advisor / existing customer advisor / service employee / career changer / telephone operator / sales employee / customer service employee in the office / call center agent / telephone clerk / sales assistant / sales employee / sales office
- Being interested in working with people and solving any issues that they may face to ensure that the client is satisfied
- Ability to work against tight deadlines and to stay focused under pressure
- International exposure and cultural sensitivity
- Organized and efficient, able to work independently and in a team
