High-quality service to overcome financial difficulties
The Debt Advisory team in Finland supports the Bank’s customers with financial difficulties and provides debt advisory services for both personal and business customers. The team consists of 18 professionals who aim to increase customers’ financial confidence through sustainable solutions. Their tasks include handling of arrears, contacting customers, making loan and credit arrangements and manual credit terminations. With Legal Collection Team they ensure a high-quality service to the customers from the first arrears to the final collection activities.
As a Leader of the Finnish Team, you will take care of daily performance and development of the team and be part of global management team of Debt Advisory in Danske Bank.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coaching the team to reach its best potential and developing competencies both on team and individual level.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders like Personal Customers business and 2 nd line Credit Risk.
- Participating in various development initiatives and implementing them.
- Participating in global management meetings and activities.
- Handling administrative tasks related to a leader role.
We are looking for an experienced leader who has skills and enthusiasm to develop our operations in accordance the Danske Bank’s Forwar’28 strategy. We think it requires good skills in leading people and enabling their personal growth. It also requires a structured approach, change management skills and the courage to take responsibility.
Therefore, we expect from you:
- Job experience in banking industry with understanding of credit processes.
- Previous experience in leader role and good people management skills.
- Applicable educational background.
- Effective communication skills.
- Interest in customer data and technical abilities to utilize the data in your work.
- Proficiency in Finnish and in English.
