Our team is half a dozen strong and consists of both internal and external experts. The team is a vital part of the VTT Sales unit and part of the VTT Commercial Operations organisation.

We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Customer Data and AI

In this exciting role, you will focus on developing AI-powered solutions that enhance our commercial activities towards customers as well as improving our employee experience towards digital systems that we are using. While the role is primarily no-code/low-code, candidates with advanced AI skills will have the opportunity to create custom solutions, including large language models (LLMs), to support our growing operations.
The location of the position is preferably Espoo, Finland. Other VTT locations are negotiable.

As Senior Specialist, Customer Data and AI, you will:

• Be part of a team that is responsible for the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce and Sales Cloud with a hands-on approach.
  

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (CRM users, marketing team, IT and leadership) to develop data-driven insights and strategies for improving customer engagement and employee satisfaction.
  

• Utilize predictive and generative AI, data models, and customer data to deliver impactful solutions that drive business results.
  

• Design, build, and maintain scalable AI workflows with a focus on customer and employee-centric applications.
  

• Provide training and support for internal teams to maximize the potential of Salesforce (and other) AI tools.
  

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI, generative AI, and CRM technologies.
  

What we are looking for:

• Business oriented mindset: VTT is aiming for significant growth in customer sales, and we need people who are seeking use cases that improve our customer work and efficiency.
  
• Experience: Demonstrated strong skills in AI development and data models
  

• Salesforce Expertise: A huge plus but the candidate will get proper training to be able to deliver the role in question.
  

• AI Skills: Strong understanding of generative AI and machine learning models, with hands-on experience in developing AI-driven solutions.
  

• Data Management: Proven experience in data modeling, data analysis, and data integration.
  

• Customer Focus: Strong passion for customer data and CRM system(s), with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  

• Certifications: Not required but the candidate will have opportunities to gain several Salesforce certifications in AI, data management, or other relevant fields that are preferred.
