We are now looking for a Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in contributing to content creation, campaign, marketing automation and event execution and supporting our team in various day-to-day marketing activities.
Our Marketing team is focused on driving awareness, creating demand and generating leads for our services while ensuring a seamless customer experience across every touchpoint. We collaborate with sales, business areas and communications to craft compelling stories and content that strengthens VTT’s global brand and solutions awareness. We also lead the utilisation of marketing technologies, such as AI, data and marketing automation to deliver personalised experiences and to drive growth.
Our team leads the marketing strategy and execution for all VTT´s business areas, so your contributions will have an impact across the company. As a Marketing Specialist, you will also independently manage smaller marketing projects, from coordinating content for web and social media to planning and executing digital campaigns and events.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Create, coordinate and publish engaging content across our website, social media channels, marketing automation and other relevant touchpoints
  
• Plan and create a variety of marketing assets (e.g. sales presentations, articles, videos) that are aligned with VTT’s brand identity and messaging
  
• Plan, support, and execute targeted digital marketing and social media campaigns to drive demand, generate leads and nurture prospects
  
• Support the Marketing team in various daily marketing tasks as well as coordinating, promoting and organising events
  
• Plan and coordinate campaigns, content creation and events with internal and external stakeholders
  
• Manage and update content on VTT Brand Portal, ensuring seamless access to marketing assets
  
• Take ownership of selected marketing initiatives and drive them independently
  
• Execute and optimise marketing efforts based on data and analytics, and apply learnings for future success
  

We are looking for the following skills and competencies:

• A higher education degree in marketing or another relevant field
  
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing communications and working with multiple marketing channels, Microsoft Office programs and relevant digital marketing tools
  
• Understanding the role of the brand, marketing funnel basics and different marketing touch points
  
• Excellent presentation, networking and social skills
  
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills, both verbal and written
  
• Proven track record in executing digital B2B marketing campaigns as well as producing marketing materials for various touch points
  
• Ability to quickly pivot and reprioritise when necessary
  
• Project management skills to lead and coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders
  
• Previous experience or interest in marketing automation, AI, data and other similar tools is considered beneficial
