What you’ll do:

• 
  Responsible for overseeing Data centre commissioning, on behalf of Eaton Field Service in local country service unit
  
• Provide the highest level of technical expertise in all Hyperscale commissioning activities.
  
• Support and train Local Field Service Engineers in such activities
  
• Onboard, coach and mentor new Field Service Engineers that join Eaton
  
• Manage key account technical escalations providing support including site visits, to engineers and customers alike, drive escalations to conclusion and provide feedback where necessary.
  
• Work closely with Project Managers, advising on commissioning considerations and assisting on selection of suitable engineers, carry out site visits as required.
  
• Assist Project Management Organization with support of high profile clients, providing technical advice and attending site visits as required.
  
• Maintain direct links with business units (factories) and act as focal point for all technical exchange regarding the commissioning procedures and testing
  
• Manage sub contractor teams were required
  
• Perform Health & Safety audits of Field Service Engineer and subcontractors ensuring the high standards required by EATON are maintained.
  

Qualifications:

• Installer electrical background, suitable education/qualifications
  
• 5+ years in the field focusing on Data Centers/UPS
  

Skills:

• Three phase electrical installation and commissioning experience essential.
  
• Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, SNMP, OPC, DDE, TCP/IP is an advantage
  
• Programming of PLC control systems (Power Control, Generator Control, SCADA, or process control) is an advantage
  
• Good understanding of switch panels and power distribution
  
• Fluency in English and Finnish
  
• Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus
  
• Flexibility, being able to work together with different cultures
