Are you passionate about cloud architecture and looking for an opportunity to work on innovative projects in a collaborative environment? Join our team as a Cloud Specialist! The ideal location for this role is in Oulu, Finland.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will design, implement, optimize, and test AWS cloud architecture, infrastructure, and related workloads to ensure that they meet the performance, resilience, scalability, security, compliance, and cost requirements of our current and future i LOQ products. You will collaborate closely with expert teams and cloud partners on various projects, which may range from short-term tasks to longer, more strategic initiatives. Supporting and guiding software feature teams will be an essential part of your work, allowing them to concentrate on core development tasks while you help maintain efficient and secure navigation within the cloud environment. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive oversight for product availability and status monitoring, automate processes to achieve a high level of self-correcting services, and proactively offer solutions to any issues that may arise.

What you'll bring

We believe that the best match for the role has:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with AWS, Azure (and GCP), including platform-specific services and architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud network management and security principles.
• Awareness of cloud cost optimization and management.
• Proficiency in Docker, with knowledge of virtual machines and hypervisors.
• Hands-on experience in software development and testing, using languages such as C#, Node.js, and Python.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) tools like Terraform, and scripting languages such as Python and Power Shell.
• Practical knowledge of Dev Ops practices, Git Lab, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud monitoring tools like Datadog, Cloud Watch, and Azure Monitor.

In addition, we hope that you have:

• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Adaptability to handle both slower-paced and fast-paced assignments effectively.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• English language skills (both oral and written).
• Familiarity with big data tools (considered as a plus).
• Experience in data management, including MSSQL and AWS RDS (considered as a plus).
