Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Store Operations Associate to oversee and enhance the daily operations of our stores. This pivotal role involves managing store operations, ensuring quality control, supervising the camera team, and overseeing inventory, financial operations, team performance, and customer relations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in store operations and will possess excellent communication skills in English.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Store Operations Associate to oversee and enhance the daily operations of our stores. This pivotal role involves managing store operations, ensuring quality control, supervising the camera team, and overseeing inventory, financial operations, team performance, and customer relations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in store operations and will possess excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Deposit cash envelopes in the bank and ensure proper handling of financial operations.
- Safeguard company assets, including cash, stock, and property.
- Oversee inventory management, including inputting inventory into the system and ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Ensure weekly stock orders are placed to keep stores adequately supplied.
- Prevent internal and external theft of stock and address discrepancies.
- Ensure quality control across all store operations, ensuring products meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Ensure accurate cash box closing and cash counts daily.
- Arrange and delegate chores among team members to maintain operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with the Business Operations team and higher management.
- Assist with hiring and conduct second-round interviews for new team members.
- Cover shifts in your designated store and other stores in the district, as needed.
- Supervise the camera team to ensure all surveillance operations are functioning properly and that store security measures are in place.
- Regularly review footage to ensure compliance with security protocols and investigate any potential discrepancies.
- Check daily sales performance and monitor employee performance metrics.
- Set and evaluate team goals to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of store operations and strategize for greater efficiency.
- Keep up with updates on Trello and other company platforms to stay informed.
- Oversee social media interactions and respond to customer communications as needed.
- Address customer concerns to uphold the company’s reputation.
- Manage bills, invoices, and scheduled orders for the district.
- Participate in meetings with higher management to discuss operations and strategies.
- 3-5 years of experience in store operations or a related field.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail and efficiency.
- Proven experience in managing teams, particularly in retail or operational settings.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, financial operations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using store operations management systems and platforms (e.g., Trello, inventory management tools).
- Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
- Leadership and team-building capabilities to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing operational processes and performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with team members, customers, and management.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks while maintaining high standards of operation.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones to accommodate clients and team members globally (Will work with Alabama & Texas).
