About the job:
We seek a talented and experienced Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the effective management and maintenance of Dawarha Reverse Vending Machines.
This includes ensuring timely maintenance, overseeing the evacuation of collected materials, and managing logistics for events where our Dawarha RVMs are deployed.

About the job:
We seek a talented and experienced Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the effective management and maintenance of Dawarha Reverse Vending Machines.
This includes ensuring timely maintenance, overseeing the evacuation of collected materials, and managing logistics for events where our Dawarha RVMs are deployed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of Dawarha RVMs to ensure optimal functionality.
- Coordinate with technical teams for any necessary repairs or technical issues.
- Monitor Dawarha RVM performance and report any recurring issues to the management.
- Schedule and oversee the evacuation of collected recyclable materials from RVMs.
- Ensure proper handling and transportation of recyclables to designated facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of collection and evacuation processes.
- Plan and manage the logistics for events where RVMs will be deployed.
- Coordinate transportation, setup, and teardown of RVMs at event locations.
- Work with event organizers to ensure smooth operations and address any on-site issues.
- Generate regular reports on RVM performance, maintenance activities, and event outcomes.
- Utilize data to identify trends and suggest improvements in operations.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and event organizers regarding RVM operations.
- Provide on-site support and troubleshooting during events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or related roles, preferably in a tech or sustainability-focused company.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, as required for events.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
