Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and driven Senior Social Media Specialist who is passionate about social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement. This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate should be residing in Egypt. As a Senior Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies for multiple brands, with a strong focus on DB Investing. You will work closely with our marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure that our social media presence aligns with brand goals and engages our target audience effectively across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective social media strategies for all brands, with a primary focus on DB Investing.

Manage and curate content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and You Tube.

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive community on all social channels.

Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to align social media campaigns with broader brand goals and messaging.

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the Arabic market.

Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders relevant to the brands.

Manage and grow social media advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Ensure that content is culturally relevant and resonates with the Arabic-speaking audience.

Proven experience as a Senior Social Media Specialist.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and analytics tools.

In-depth knowledge of the Arabic market, consumer behavior, and digital trends in the region.

Strong content creation skills with the ability to write compelling and engaging copy for diverse audiences.

Proven track record in growing and managing social media communities and advertising campaigns.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative social media solutions.

Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.

Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with international brands.

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva) for content creation.

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
