At our Innovation Center in Hillerød, we are seeking a Software Product Owner with a natural talent for leadership to join our dedicated team in FOSS R&D. In this role, you will oversee the development of instrument software, guiding projects from concept to production, sales, and customer support for existing instruments. Excellence requires something extra. We work at a fast pace, alongside highly skilled and motivated colleagues in multidisciplinary projects.

Be the link between innovation and execution
You will own the vision of the software solution and the team backlog, i.e. define and prioritize features based on the innovation roadmap, customer and stakeholder input. You will work with strong multidisciplinary teams working after agile principles, together with highly skilled colleagues that are experts within their fields to manage both legacy products and develop completely new cutting edge technologies such as our Micral instrument.

- Create and maintain the roadmap for the team, plan and supervise sprints
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business- and concept development, hardware, product management, service, and UI/UX designers, to deliver intuitive and high-impact software
- Represent the team in reviews and status meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment

- Leading multidisciplinary software or related technical development processes across all phases
- Managing and prioritizing backlogs and roadmaps in an Agile environment.
- Collaborating with UI/UX designers for user-friendly software
- Planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Continuous integration and iterative development principles
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops (TFS)
