Ensure timely and correct deliveries through financial excellence
With a team that excels in both planning and conducting its own tasks, you will mainly act as a financial sounding board - while of course ensuring that the team generally thrives and stays motivated.

Overall, you will ensure that all reports and numbers are correct and compliant and handed in before the deadline. While your team will mostly undertake the actual reporting tasks, it is your responsibility to ensure the quality and delivery. - Empower your team through empathetic, diplomatic, and concrete financial professional management
- Coordinate, prepare, and ensure quality, including updates of ERP and reporting systems, to ensure timely month-end closing
- Coordinate and ensure quality in annual reports for several entities, and deliver important information to the consolidated annual report
- Be responsible for taxes, including direct and indirect taxes, tax calculations, tax returns, and tax payments in corporation with your dedicated employees and the tax advisor
- Manage the payroll function in close corporation with P&O and the external service provider
- Prepare presentations on results and initiatives for top management, including audit documentation
- Be the go-to specialist for a range of stakeholders – e.g., our controllers in the Business Finance function
