We are building and transforming software applications for a broad range of clients within both the public and private sectors. We are currently looking for several skilled .Net Lead developer to join our development team, with start either 2. January 2024, or at latest 2. February 2025.
You will have base in our headquarter near Islands Brygge in Copenhagen.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for a number of key areas You will;

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
• Oversee the daily activities of the development team, ensuring adherence to the in-team agreed upon practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Participate in, and at times lead the team’s agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in software development, with a vast experience with .NET, MSSQL, C#, REST and Swagger.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a development team.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Proficiency in database design and development using MSSQL.
• Expertise in developing web applications and solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, React and Java Script.
• Proficiency working with Docker and Git.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Danish at a native level and preferably with experience working with costumers in the public sector.
