SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER
We're looking for a Senior IT Project Manager for IT & Automation for our client within pharma. Your main task will be to manage their global IT System implementations. You will be a part of the IT & Automation Organization in the Global Team to support our unprecedented programme of growth and expansion, Fill/Finish Expansions (FFEx). You will join the IT & Automation area in the global FFEx program, where you will ensure central planning and coordination between our system delivery teams, their global and domestic sites and their program stakeholders.
Location: Onsite - Lyngby 2 days pr. week, Ballerup 2 days pr. week
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Coordinate the planning and execution of multiple simultaneous IT System implementations incl. our parallel S/4HANA upgrade together with our separate SAP programs, ARTs and delivery teams
- Ensure a standardized implementation scope and operational readiness
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and project risks and issues are identified and managed
- Activates the right stakeholder at the right point in time to fully capture the dependencies across the IT System landscape
- Manage project resources, including internal team members and external consultants, to ensure project success
- Ensure ongoing project planning, status reports, and other project documentation/reporting
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members and stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and expectations
- Identify opportunities for project improvements and implement best practices
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project team members
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong experience within IT & project management
- Have extensive experience in managing large-scale IT System implementations and migrations
- Ability to structure, drive, and progress with a broad variety different initiatives, that involve several stakeholders
- A can-do-mindset is required and a proven track record of working with complex problem-solving
- Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
- Solid understanding/qualification of Project Management Principals
- Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
- Strategic thinking with operational focus
- Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
- Person with good communication skills
- Take own initiatives and ensure for results
- Professional level of English - both oral and written Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
