As our newest Senior Front-End Engineer at Auto Proff, you'll be working from our HQ in Vejle or the office in Copenhagen, contributing to revolutionizing how vehicles are transacted in the digital era. Your expertise will be vital in designing responsive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user interaction within the automotive industry.
Collaborating with a team of skilled developers, designers, and product experts, you'll seize the opportunity to apply your technical skills and creative thinking to drive the growth of our platform and bring real and measurable value to our users by finding and building solutions to their problems.
At Auto Proff, our squads operate as focused cross-functional squads with clear domain ownership within our product and technology organization. About Auto Proff
Auto Proff was founded in 2013 by the experienced car dealer Jesper Ratza in Denmark. The aim was to digitalise B2B used car trading, helping car dealers increase sales and improve profits.
in August 2022, Auto Scout24, the leading specialised pan-European online car marketplace, acquired a majority stake in Auto Proff. The partnership has supported the rapid expansion of Auto Proff's solutions across Europe and enables the creation of Europe's first fully integrated C2B-B2B-B2C dealing solution for used cars.
At Auto Proff, we specialise in providing online B2B used-car dealing solutions designed to improve the buying and selling experience for professional car dealers and their customers. We are the emerging European leader with more than 150,000 B2B used cars on our online trading platforms annually.

Let's dive into your key responsibilities, you will
- Work in an agile, international environment with experienced and skilled colleagues where you are expected to work both independently and collaboratively
- Contribute to the end2end implementation of our customer front-end solutions
- Design, develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end solutions using best practices, modern tools, and design patterns
- Support a live platform, triage bottlenecks and bugs, and craft solutions to troubleshoot and address issues
- Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability
- Strong experience and coding skills within HTML, CSS/SCSS and Type Script (with a deep understanding of modern Java Script) to enable front-end and back-end solutions to connect and exchange data
- Strong hands-on experience and coding skills working with various frameworks for building solid and scalable web solutions
- Good communication skills and fluency in business English (spoken and written)
- Used to working with agile practices and ways of working
- Identify areas for own personal development
- Mentor and coach co-workers on topics that you master.
- Experience working with micro front-ends
- Experience with vue.js or similar frameworks
- Experience working with atomic design systems
- Familiar with E2E testing frameworks
- Hands-on experience working with React Native for Mobile APP solutions (i OS and Android)
- Experience coaching and mentoring other colleagues
