• Facilitating, advising on, and creating communication strategies and plans.
• Developing and executing internal campaigns.
• Providing communication support for cross-company projects.
• Assisting in the planning of and content creation for internal employee and leadership events and townhall meetings.
• Creating compelling content for our internal communication channels, such as articles, posts, videos, and presentations, that deliver direction, insights, and inspiration for our colleagues.
• Editing and proofreading content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of global guidelines, processes, and tools.
• Supporting the external communications team on an ad-hoc basis.

• A master’s degree in communication, journalism, or a similar field.
• Solid experience working as part of Global Communication in a large matrix organisation.
• A broad and proven track record as a communication advisor with a strategic mindset and a solid understanding of how communication and internal channels can drive business priorities.
• Expertise in video editing and digital platforms and social media is an advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (our corporate language).
