As our current leader of the Service & Sales team is moving on to new challenges in our sales division, we are looking for a new dedicated and driven colleague to lead the team.
YOUR TEAM
You will join NAME IT’s dynamic Sales department, where we work across markets to deliver strong sales results and high customer satisfaction. You will be a part of the Sales Management team with the responsibility to lead our Service & Sales team, consisting of six experienced sales coordinators.

YOUR ROLE
As Sales & Service Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure smooth and efficient workflows that support our international sales efforts. You will motivate and develop the team while optimizing processes across the value chain from buying/design to sales and logistics. You will have a central role in our organisation with responsibility for ensuring efficient workflows, strong team performance, and seamless collaboration across departments in Denmark and to our international sales efforts.

- Leading, motivating and developing the Service & Sales team, ensuring both performance and well-being
- Collaborating closely with Buying and Design to align efforts
- Ensuring the best delivery flow (the right product at the right time) in collaboration with our Business Performance team
- Managing and maintaining the right stock level
- Being a part of the Sales Management team and contribute to a well-driven sales team
- Ensuring the right transition from our current BEST Info 2 system to the new BEST One system.

In addition, we are looking for the following qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a relationship-driven approach
- Strong administrative and process skills
- Flair for numbers and system management
- Experience in a similar role with leadership skills is an advantage
- Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically excel; familiarity with Power BI is preffered.
