We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / BDM to join our team in Denmark. This role is pivotal in driving new business acquisition and expanding our footprint in the logistics and forwarding industry. You will leverage your expertise to identify opportunities, build relationships, and craft tailored solutions to meet client needs.
You will get an opportunity to work in a flat organization, with a lot of freedom under responsibility
The Opportunity
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted markets and industries. Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Get the chance of doing your own local procurement at carriers and vendors.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, and leadership) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity reports.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to close deals and win new business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with the ability to craft tailored solutions that address client challenges.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of freight forwarding, logistics solutions, and supply chain management.
