Product Support Manager

As our new Product Support Manager, you will be the driving force for developing and executing an effective and innovative product system and sales support strategy. All with the goal to develop a best-in-class back-office product and support solution which are aligned to our commercial objectives.

About the role
Reporting to Head of Sales Operation and Digitisation, who is in the United Kingdom, this role has responsibility for leading our product systems specialists and product support specialists. So, you will be an experienced and empathetic people leader who knows how to bring out the best in people, both locally and remotely with team members based in Denmark, United Kingdom and Lithuania.
This is an exciting time when we are aligning our processes and creating standard ways of working therefore you will have a drive to find out how our systems work and how to drive future growth and creativity. More importantly you will:
In this position you will influence many areas of our business within our passenger division. So, you can expect to be involved in back-office product set up, tour operator platform maintenance, Ferry Gateway API as well as supporting our third-party customers for example, Online Travel Agents (OTA), Tour Operators and Travel Agents.

- Be an active part of the team, i.e. ensure that approx. 40% of your time is ‘production time’
- Challenge existing roadblocks and strive to work smarter by standardising processes

- An experienced manager with strong leadership and people management skills
- Analytic and data driven approach for decision making
- Experience with change management
- Skilled Seabook/PPIM user desirable but not essential
- Business degree or professional qualification desirable
- Ability to work in a cross functional environment
- Structured way of working with good planning and excellent communication skills.
