As Vitamin Well Group expands in Denmark, we're now looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Activation Manager who will be key in driving the success of NOCCO, our performance drink brand. Join us on our journey and take the lead in creating strong communities and driving bold initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the face of NOCCO in Denmark, your focus will be to create a strong, loyal community and drive consumer engagement. You’ll be leading everything from activations to large-scale events, all while ensuring the brand resonates with the Danish audience.

Your key responsibilities:

• • Be the passionate, outgoing spokesperson for the NOCCO brand in Denmark, inspiring both internal teams and external audiences.
  • Drive bold and creative marketing activations to boost brand awareness, loyalty, and market presence.
  • Lead flawless product launches, ensuring seamless execution that resonates with the NOCCO audience.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing Denmark and the Global Brand Manager at HQ to align local efforts with global strategies, always representing the Danish consumer.
  • Enhance NOCCO’s presence on social media by supporting the creation of compelling content that attracts and engages our community.
  • Partner with the Trade Activation Manager to bring the brand to life in retail settings.
  • Take charge of the budgeting, planning, and execution of impactful events, ensuring every detail reflects the NOCCO brand.

In this role, your office will often be out in the field. Travel will be an essential part of the role, involving hands-on participation in activations, events, product launches, and efforts to strengthen the NOCCO community. Whether it’s at gyms, fitness communities, or with ambassadors, you’ll be at the forefront of NOCCO’s presence in Denmark.

Your responsibilites will also include:

• Build and nurture the NOCCO community in Denmark by identifying and fostering relationships with ambassadors, influencers, and partners who share NOCCO's values.
• Establish partnerships with event organizers, fitness communities, and lifestyle influencers to amplify the brand.
• Manage logistics, planning, and execution of impactful events - ensuring exceptional brand representation.
• Actively sponsor and support community initiatives, maintaining smooth communication across partners and internal teams.

Vitamin Well Denmark is based in Copenhagen, where you will report to the Head of Marketing.

You’ll excel in this role if you:

• • Marketing Experience: 1-2 years in brand or community marketing, with experience in FMCG being an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Outgoing Personality: A natural ability to network and connect with people, creating lasting relationships that drive brand growth.
  • Creativity & Innovation: A knack for bold ideas and the ability to turn them into successful activations.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong Danish and English skills, with the ability to work closely with teams and partners.
  • Event & Ambassador Management: Proven experience in managing events and ambassador programs to foster loyalty and engagement.
  • Organizational Skills: A structured approach to managing budgets, timelines, and projects while delivering measurable results.
  • Willingness to Travel: Excited to attend and participate in events, activations, and community-building opportunities primarily locally.
