Technology continues to advance at a rapid pace and disrupt many industries. For that reason, DSV has embarked on an exciting journey of modernizing and digitizing our business operations and building digital client propositions to stay competitive in the digital age.


You will join the Enterprise Transformation Business Project Office team, currently consisting of 3 dedicated colleagues working in Denmark with all aspects of supporting transformation across our Enterprise Transformation department.


Implement digital strategies across Global IT
As our new Business Support Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Team Lead of the Business Project Office and the leadership team to develop and implement digital strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. You will work across the department – and at times, across Global IT – on optimization and innovation projects .


With a good balance between recurring reporting tasks and innovative, ad hoc assignments, your workday will include:

• Oversee and coordinate the department`s recruitments together with local HR and Vendor Management Office to ensure that the department resource needs are controlled and well documented.
• Be the point of contact for Finance department and oversee Enterprise Transformation resource related financials and administrations.
• Provide guidance and support to the Leadership team with various projects and administration.
• Coordinate stakeholders participating in the Young Professional program.
• Produce regular reports, including progress reports, financial reports, presentations, and other relevant reports as needed.
• Efficiently manage and streamline time registration and reporting for our dynamic department using our PPM tool.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve departmental efficiency.
• Assist during Mergers and Acquisitions in application consolidation and onboarding.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

• Are a great communicator with excellent English language skills
• Have a university-level education
• Have a profound knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel
• Have knowledge of IT process optimization, and you are preferably familiar with IT service delivery and the software development lifecycle
• Could have some experience in a larger IT organization, related to e.g., project management, business partnering or the like
