Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Application Development Manager with ERP experience to lead our ERP systems strategy, development, and integration efforts. You’ll be pivotal in creating scalable and effective solutions tailored to our needs while building and managing a skilled team to support this mission. As a key figure in our technical leadership, you will be responsible for aligning business needs with IT solutions, overseeing ERP customization, and ensuring seamless integrations across various systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Net Suite Management: Oversee and maintain our Net Suite platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs and performs optimally.
System Integrations: Design and implement integrations between Net Suite and other systems, providing seamless data flow and enhanced functionality.
Scalable Solutions: Develop scalable, sustainable solutions that adapt to evolving business requirements across our nine-country operation.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of developers and analysts focused on ERP customization and integrations.
Customization & Development: Manage customizations in Net Suite to meet specific business requirements, ensuring best practices and optimal performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and deliver solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Project Management: Partner with Project Management to ensure the development project process is defined and followed. Iterating and adapting the process will be important as we continue to build this function

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Application Development and integrations, with Previous ERP solutions
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable systems and integrations
• Team-building and leadership skills, with a history of leading successful teams
• Expertise in ERP customization, Net Suite Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Talk API
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in an international, cross-functional environment
