Role Summary:
Reporting to the EMEA Chief Commercial Officer and aligned to Cognizant’s Products & Resources (MLEU + RCGTH) Business Unit, Cognizant is looking for an experienced “Account Executive” to join their new business sales team.
As a new business Account Executive, you are an enterprise sales professional experienced in selling to and opening new logo accounts.
Selling the full suite of Cognizant’s services and solutions, including market leading capabilities in Digital, Data, AI, and Cloud, etc, you know how to create value and drive business outcomes. This role will have responsibility for pursuing 10-15 targeted Accounts. Accounts will typically be oriented geographically to location but may include marquee accounts outside of Denmark. The Account Executive will work with a Client Partner and team that will support all sales pursuits and an offshore team will provide targeted marketing into designated accounts.

Your Background:
- Demonstrable track record in new business / net new logo sales for a large Tier 1 or Tier 2 Global Systems Integrator
- Experience of working alongside and building relationships within major Manufacturing, Logistics, E&U + Retail, Consumer Goods and Travel & Hospitality organizations
- Experience of working for a Global Services Firm with onshore, nearshore and offshore capabilities.
- Knowledge and experience selling similar Services including Digital, Data, Cloud, Consulting and application modernization
- Demonstrable success selling multi million, multi-year deals.
