• High-Volume Recruitment: Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for a high volume of positions within the Operations team ensuring a steady pipeline to meet the deadline of the start date.
• IT Recruitment: Source and recruit candidates for our Tech roles (mainly developers, Dev Ops Engineers and other IT specialists). You will be responsible for the end-to-end process.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand TA needs, provide expert guidance on market trends, and ensuring we are hiring the right profiles of candidates.
• Drive the complete recruitment process: including defining selection criteria, posting job advertisements, sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and negotiating offers.
• Manage the recruitment process using our applicant tracking system (Workday), and regularly update and maintain requisition reporting.
• Design and test new approaches to attracting diverse candidates to our open jobs and future hiring needs
• Use various channels and sourcing techniques (Boolean search, Linked In Recruiter, job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to search and identify potential candidates for current open positions
• Continuously improve our Talent Acquisition/HR services by identifying best practices and streamlining processes.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the Accolade brand and mission.

• You bring 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience from an in-house and international environment.
• Previous recruiting experience with high-volume roles (mainly customer care and back-office) and/or IT recruitment
• You've proven experience sourcing candidates through diverse strategies, including social media, networking, external partnerships, and university engagement.
• Great Stakeholder management skills, we are true talent advisors and partners for our hiring managers
• Knowledge of the Czech and Prague labor market.

• Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written communication) and experience communicating with hiring managers

• Advanced English
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus
