L’Oréal and its consumer product division is currently looking for a new team member to take over responsibility for trade marketing activities for our 3 brands within our region Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. As a Senior Trade Marketing Manager CZ / SK you will:

• develop and implement a retail marketing strategy to contribute toward brands growth targets and cross-category business objectives
• lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets
• build and execute activation plans for the brands in retail - costumer-centric and shopper-centric plans, leveraging retailer CRM
• contribute with field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programs with marketing and commercial departments
• develop merchandising vision and shopping experience - lead the creation of POS material answering the marketing plan needs, ensure the in-store excellence
• implement, monitor/analyze and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team
• support unit forecasting
• recruit, develop and manage your team (4 people)
• ensure the development of expertise and know-how

You are our new Senior Trade Marketing Manager CZ / SK, if you have:

• University degree
• min. 3 years of professional experience in trade marketing, sales or marketing
• leadership experience is an advantage
• native knowledge of Czech or Slovak language
• fluent knowledge of the English language
• strong analytical skills
• a responsible, punctual, and organized approach
• open-minded and flexible personality
