Status: Cadre
Pay: 35,000.00Kč - 55,000.00Kč per month

Responsibilities:
- Contact existing software users in Czech Republic to accelerate direct sales coverage and identify new sales opportunities
- Qualify prospects and transfer them to account managers
- Assist account managers in scheduling customer meetings
- Update company database to ensure data integrity including opportunities and contacts during telephone conversations
- Assist Account Managers in contacting customers to increase participation in various events or targeted campaign initiatives (marketing events, seminars, etc.) with the support of the European Operations team.
- Perform any other tasks that may contribute to the Sales Department's improvement, development and sales growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service and sales
- Demonstrate a strong ability to establish good relationships with customers
- Excellent communication skills, particularly by telephone and e-mail
- Ability to negotiate and influence positively
- Comfortable using a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent in Czech and good level of English - spoken and written, proficiency in Hungarian or Slovak is a plus.
