Summary of Position

Essential Functions

• Data Consolidation & Analysis: Gather, reconcile, and ensure the accuracy of sales and financial data from various systems.
• Month-End & Year-End Close: Assist with closing activities, ensuring data reliability, compliance, and completeness.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Participate in annual budget preparation and forecasting updates, consolidating and verifying financial information.
• Process Improvement: Identify and resolve discrepancies, suggest improvements, and enhance reporting processes.
• Stakeholder Support: Be the go-to expert for financial data inquiries and deliver insightful analytical support.
• Advanced Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, develop reports, and drive automation to streamline financial processes.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Support special projects that drive value and efficiency within the team.

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a financial, reporting, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Experience with tools like MS Power BI and Power Query.
• Exposure to international companies or multicultural teams.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
