• Steer and guide the inside sales representatives team
• Coaching and setting up training for the Inside Sales Team members
• Support in setting sales targets, track operational KPIs and monitor daily operations
• Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process and Sales Quality
• Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
• Build an open-communication environment for your Inside Sales Business Partner
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
• Coordinate employee life-cycle within IT Systems and Access Rights for WL IT Infrastructure

• 2 years of previous working experience as an Inside Sales Manager
• Fluency in English and Czech languge, additional languges skills are seen as an advantage
• Hands on experience with CRM software (Sales Force or similar) and MS Excel
• In-depth understanding of the sales process
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team in a hybrid office setting
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
• BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or similar relevant field
• Willingness to travel within Europe
