Wolf Theiss, an international law firm with branches across 13 capital cities in Central and Southern Europe, is hiring for the following position in our Prague office: Junior Associate
We are looking to strengthen our Investigations, Crisis Response, Compliance and White Collar Crime team, which assists clients in sensitive corporate investigations, represents them in criminal proceedings and supports them in developing and implementing comprehensive compliance frameworks. We advise clients on a broad range of sanction, ESG, KYC and many other compliance-related and regulatory matters. Our team is ranked Band 1 by Chambers in the Czech Republic.
You will be working with a predominantly foreign clientele (international corporations, financial institutions, etc.), as well as major Czech clients. You will team up with market leaders and subject-matter experts on a daily basis, while also counting on the support of more experienced colleagues. Often, you will also be working together with colleagues from other Wolf Theiss jurisdictions.
You are right for the job if you have excellent academic grades, analytical skills, an ability to think critically and independently, excellent Czech and English writing skills, flexibility and a keen interest in joining an international team. We also expect you to bring creativity and positive energy to the role.
