Swisspearl Czech Republic a.s. is a leading manufacturer of fiber cement roofing and part of the Swiss Swisspearl Group. To strengthen our S&OP team, we are looking for a suitable candidate for a part-time position.

Tasks:

• Assist with demand and supply planning analysis
• Support data collection and reporting for inventory and production planning
• Prepare and update S&OP reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, supply chain) to gather necessary information for forecasts

What we expect from you:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team interaction
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage
• Ability to work part-time balancing academic commitments
• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts (demand forecasting, inventory management) is a plus but can be taught
