Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Front Office Supervisor to join our team.

About the role:
The Front Office Supervisor assists in directing staff of the Front Office Team. Primarily responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guests' needs and adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.

This job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the country of Czech Republic.
This position is offered for a defined period of time of 12 months with a possibility of extension to unlimited contract based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months.

What You will do:

• Handles guest interactions and resolves customer complaints and accommodates their special requests.
• Runs the entire operations on the shift.
• Assigns rooms for arrivals and ensures any discrepancies are resolved.
• Accepts reservations, changes and cancellations in the absence of Reservations Department Staff. Answers guest calls and direct them appropriately in the absence of a Communications Operator.

What You will bring:

• Attention to detail and the ability to multi task are required together with ability to prioritize and handle stressful situation.
• Excellent communication skills and command of the English language.
• Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Opera and Hot SOS is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in FO supervisory role in a 5* hotel.
