Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Mixologist .

About the role:

Applicants should strive for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. He or she should be able to respond to guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of wine spirits, and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods. In addition, the main duties to perform are:

• Elaborate signature cocktails and taking initiative with being creative in designing the perfect cocktail to meet our guest expectations.
• Responsibility for organizing and controlling the operations of the Bar.
• Meet all Four Seasons and Health Department food, beverage and safety standards.
• Stock, re-stock, and organize the retail items in the bar needed.
• Assist with daily inventory and ordering.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

About You:
You will ideally have a special talent and passion for ensuring you deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring that our cocktails offering is at the center of our guest experience. You strive for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. You will provide hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar. You will be a part of a team that is well experienced and very creative in designing new cocktails.

What will You bring:

• Minimum two years of bartending experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation.
• Outstanding communications skills with a strong command of English language.
• Ability to pour, mix and blend a wide variety of wines, spirits and drinks.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. AM & PM shifts for 8,5 hour, 5 days per week.
• Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, Internet and Micros.

This position is offered for a defined period of time of 12 months with a possibility of extension to unlimited contract based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months.
