Your mission, roles and responsibilities

What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?
The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

PLEASE NOTE: as part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.


We are looking for an FES&P Engineer VIE who will provide support to the Seating Plant, and who will be based in Pilsen, Czech Republic.

The mission will last 12 months.

Here are the main responsibilities of this role:

• Support the plant in implementation of the FES principles. Especially in area of Plant management activities.
• Productivity management activities – mapping of the processes in production lines and re-balancing the work content with the focus on lean tools
• Mapping the material and information flows with focus on MIFD update for VW and Mercedes projects.
• Key user for m Lean SW. Support in daily used settings and coaching of the employees in m Lean applications usage.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Master’s degree/Engineering diploma in Industrial engineering or IT.
• Previous experience in automotive is a plus.
• English language is mandatory as you will be speaking with people from all over the world.
• Very secure knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• General working skills with databases is advantage.
• Knowledge of the Power BI / Power apps is advantage.
