You can expect these tasks:
- Daily management of the sales business for Czech Republic in accordance with the company’s guidelines and the Corporate Governance Code
- Implementation of the country’s market segment strategies in accordance with global market segment guidelines, steering the local initiatives to ensure profitable growth
- Close relationship to key accounts and customers, focus on business development and strategic planning in close-cooperation with market segments and the Busch-Group in Austria
- Budget responsibility for the revenue within the Czech Republic
- Top line and consolidated gross profit contribution to the global strategy
- Close relationship to customers and distributors, focus on business development and strategic planning in close co-operation with market segments and headquarters
- Planning and co-ordination of market surveys and marketing activities in close co-operation with headquarters, continuous monitoring of competitors’ activities
- Training, mentoring, supervising and optimizing efficiency of the sales force
- Execution and implementation of board decisions
You should have these qualifications:
- A technical degree (University degree, Engineering Degree or equivalent) is mandatory, an additional education in business administration would be beneficial
- Experience in a technical sales or business development position in growing markets like the semiconductor industry
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team and in guiding, motivating and mentoring staff. Experience in leading a subsidiary of an international organization would be beneficial
- Solution- and result-oriented, well organized, self-motivated and enthusiastic, empathic
- Excellent communications and intercultural skills, smart behavior
- Business English and Czech fluent
