Lead the design, implementation, and operationalization of IAM solutions
Manage IAM tools/platforms and their integrations with relevant systems/platforms
Mitigate access-related security risks
Participate in or lead incident resolution of access-related security incidents
Analyze the current environment to identify technical and operational opportunities and develop continuous improvement action plans
Understand and adhere to standard operational processes to ensure audibility and compliance with industry standards
Establish deep knowledge of Splunk Cloud products to drive IAM standard adoption
Mentor and train others in the use and functionality of the IAM services

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required or equivalent work experience
8+ year of experience in IAM with 3+ years of experience in implementing, integrating, and supporting end-to-end IAM solutions
Hands-on production experiences with IAM products such as Okta, Sailpoint, AD/Azure AD
Development experience with Terraform and at least one program language (e.g. GO, Java, Python)
Experience in various authentication standards such as SAML, OAuth, SCIM, Open ID Connect, and FIDO2
Experience in Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, GCP & Azure, for example: their IAM configurations and standard methodologies
Experience in Dev Ops and CI/CD Pipelines
Experience in security and implementation standards, for example, the least privilege, just-in-time provisioning, and passwordless authentication

CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification preferred

Base Pay: CRC 34,400,000.00 - 47,300,000.00 per year

Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
