We are currently seeking a Project Manager UI/UX to join our team in Belen, San José (CR-SJ), Costa Rica (CR).

Job Description - Project Manager

Day to Day job Duties

• Developing business presentations utilizing various channels, Scheduling and coordinating Business/ Project meeting, Capturing and publishing Minutes of Meeting
• Create various Content Types(articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides
• Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics
• Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills
• Due to multiple projects running simultaneously, the candidate will have to work on strict deadlines and multitask continuously.
• Sound foundational technical knowledge and understanding of architecture.
• Understand and follow the processes defined by the Client.
• Ability to work with people different countries in different Responsible to maintain data hygiene of Project Management tools from Client.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms
• Effectively managing the risks and issues involved in the project.
• Carry out project inception, Planning, execution, release planning and project closure activities

Need 5+ Years of experience in for below skills:

• Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts
• Have an understanding of UI/UX design
• An ability to communicate the message in simple and concise language which will attract audiences.
• Sound knowledge of MS office, Project Management tools, UI/UX development tools
• Scheduling and coordinating business meetings and managing stakeholders
• Publishing minutes of meeting and action items, and effectively managing RAID logs
• Accountable for managing the lifecycle for a complex cross functional body of work that has a long-term positive impact on the company
• Foster an environment of engineering excellence and innovation and provide thought leadership.
• Define and organize the program, outline tenets, analyze data, drive performance improvements, and influence resource allocation for all stages of execution (from ideation to delivery)
• Own planning, standups, demos, retrospectives, and the execution of your sprints.
• Remove blockers and always find the path forward in challenging situations
• Understand service level agreements (SLA) and how your systems are performing in relation to them.
• Operate successfully in ambiguous environments.

Having Banking domain knowledge is beneficial.
