Job Title: Lead IT Operations Engineer (Windows, In Tune, JAMF, Mac OS, JIRA Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead IT Operations Engineer who will oversee and optimize our IT infrastructure, focusing on Windows and Mac OS environments as well as device management tools such as In Tune and JAMF. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, including system maintenance, software deployment, and user support. As a lead, you will mentor junior team members, ensure adherence to best practices, and implement tools and solutions that improve the overall IT experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or systems administration with a lead or senior role.
• Extensive experience with Windows OS and Mac OS environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft In Tune and JAMF for device management and policy enforcement.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for ticketing, issue tracking, and incident management.
• Solid understanding of IT security best practices and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Apple Certified Support Professional, or JAMF Certified Tech.
• Experience with Power Shell or other scripting languages for automation.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, with a methodical approach to problem-solving.

• Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
