Bridgestone Americas and its subsidiaries manufacture, sell and service Bridgestone and Firestone and associate brand tires to meet the needs of their customers, maintaining wholesale and original equipment sales operations across a broad line of products, including passenger, light truck, commercial truck and bus, agricultural, motorcycle, kart and off-the-road tires.

The person selected will be in charge of resolving disputes from FNA and Bridgestone customers in the United States and Canada that requires solving billing problems. Work will be done in such a way to ensure compliance with the key process indicators (KPI) and service level agreements (SLA).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related career. (Desirable in progress)
SAP knowledge. (Desirable)
New NA knowledge. (Desirable)
At least 1 year in current position. (internal candidates)

Responsabilidades / Responsibilities:
Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review Inbox and written communication for dispute creation and resolution.
- Create disputes on SAP and add any additional documentation provided by customer
- Dispute Billing Analysis and Resolution
- Communicate resolution with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance of Key process Indicators (KPI)
- Ensure compliance of service level agreements (SLA)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related career. (Desirable in progress)
Bilingual English Spanish (B2+ level)
Billing Resolution dispute processes or related (Desirable)
Advanced Excel (Desirable)
SAP knowledge. (Desirable)
New NA knowledge. (Desirable)
At least 1 year in current position. (internal candidates)
