We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Colombia. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales growth, and delivering tailored solutions to meet educational objectives.
About The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and grow existing client relationships while securing new business opportunities within education sectors. Represent our organization at events such as seminars, book fairs, and educational conventions. You'll leverage CRM systems like Salesforce to maintain efficient tracking of leads and client interactions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

About You
You will bring:
- A master's in Education or equivalent qualification in Educational Informatics, Foreign Languages, or related fields. A Ph D is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable experience in the publishing (ELT) industry, with expertise in high-risk account management.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, alongside proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- C1 level of English proficiency (TKT certified preferred).
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively
