Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to leads and set appointments for Medicare insurance plan consultations. Pre-qualify clients based on criteria provided by the client.
• Engage with individuals who have shown interest in attending Social Security seminars, confirm attendance, and set appointments where necessary.
• Conduct follow-ups with potential leads to ensure their participation and maintain consistent communication for both Medicare and seminar engagements.
• Engage with clients fluently in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication with minimal accent for a better client experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish with minimal accent in both languages.
• Previous experience in setting appointments and handling phone-based communications, preferably in the insurance or seminar space.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage and qualify potential clients.
• Ability to follow up meticulously and keep accurate records of client interactions.
• Dedicated to providing a positive and helpful experience to potential clients.
