Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Business seller consultant to join its China Global Selling region development team based in Qingdao office
The objective of the regional development consultant is to deliver Amazon Business (B2B) new business growth through maximize recruit and launch more qualified new business sellers in Shandong province. You will analyze market information and prospets voice to identify direction to help Amazon localize its Seller service and improve customer/seller experiences. Your superior innovation, organizational and analytical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives. This role provides ample opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a "go to market" strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition.
  • Identify, recruit and support Sellers of various types (SMEs to large enterprise) to execute on aggressive growth plans through events, salon or 1v1 visit.
  • Guide new sellers to bring more B2B relevant selections to US/EU/JP marketplace
  • Educate B2B manufactures or companies to use Amazon tools and features after launch on Amazon.
  • Develop local partner to speed B2B client development via expand cooperation with regional Gov. associations and SSPs in region.
  • Lead projects to improve customer and seller experiences or to improve localization of Amazon merchant service.
Key job responsibilities
Build local Seller service provides group to support Amazon Business growth.
Recruit regional famous manufactures and launch Amazon Business store cross NA/EU/JP.
Build regional success sellers, industry cluster and development model for Amazon Business.
Identify the friction, pain-points of regional companies for Amazon business, leverage internal and external resources, create solution to remove these frictions and support them to launch with best experience.

  • - Strong quantitative analytical skills (including database analysis and Excel skills).
  • - Excellent organization skills, and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and to evolve in an ambiguous environment.
  • - Online or traditional B2B working experience.
