We are looking for Senior PMC Manager (Head of PMC) – with details as follows :

The Job :
Report to : Operations Director

Team Leadership: Lead the Material Planning Team in Dongguan factory

Production Planning: Responsible for production planning, material control, and inventory management.

Scheduling : Develop master production schedules to meet production targets.

Process Enhancement : Develop and enhance the material planning process.

Inventory Monitoring : Monitor inventory levels to reduce excess or obsolete inventory.

Stock Control: Maintain effective and visible stock control (SAP) to achieve optimal stock levels.

Supplier Coordination : Monitor suppliers and expedite materials as necessary.

Deliverables Management : Control important deliverables, milestones, and processes throughout supply chain management.

Capacity Review: Review production capacity records of manufacturing sites.

Support : Support new product launches and critical deliveries.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Experience: 5+ years managerial level in production and material control within

the electronic manufacturing services field.

Knowledge : Solid understanding of electronic assembly.

Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and SAP systems. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Languages : Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

Location: Station in Dongguan, PRC
